Wednesday!

We started off the day with one of my favorite books "City Dog, Country Frog".  We had a wonderful conversation about life span and hibernation.  It was deep!

We reviewed the different kinds of writing and the different purposes authors had for writing.  
We did a shape search....roaming around the room with a mathematical purpose.  We played instruments and our Reading Buddies (Ms. Bedell's third-grade class) came for their first visit! 

We also did a great job during our earthquake drill!  Here is our "practice" picture!

Another great day was had by these competent kindergartners!
