Another whiz-by, wonderful day!
We passed around the "Talking Stick" and shared our weekend adventures, then discussed our upcoming field trip to Heyday Farm, and after moving around the room for a bit we read "Barnyard Banter".
We talked about writing and started our journals.
Then it was on to our Literacy Jobs where we worked hard! After recess and snack the kindergartners had their eyes and ears tested in the library with our school district's nurse and some volunteers.
