We discussed what our "handshake" will be when we introduce ourselves to our Flat Classroom buddies. A "handshake" is a video or photos of us sent to the three other classrooms we are working with. We decided we would make a video of all the kindergartners holding their favorite book and saying his or her name and the title of the book. The classrooms we are working with are in Thailand, Australia, and Connecticut! We will all collaborate on a project about families.

Everyone is trying hard to be kind. Each time one of these fabulous kindergartners does something kind for someone else, we put a gold coin on our bulletin board! We hope to cover the thing with gold!!!!!!
